“McKinsey and Company” is one of the largest consulting companies in the world which collaborates with the most renowned corporations. Its main industries are banking and insurance, telecommunications, transportation, heavy industry and pharmaceuticals. It employs 15 thousand people in 90 offices worldwide. It also has a branch in Poland. The Warsaw office employs about 50 consultants.

In Wroclaw, McKinsey is going to launch a Knowledge Centre, a place where employees will gather and analyze data for the consultants. Until now the American corporation has launched only three such centres outside the U.S., in China and India. By the end of this year Wroclaw’s centre will have employed 35 people (ultimately  up to 100).

New employees will occupy the position of junior analysts and analysts. A dozen or  more experienced McKinsey’s workers from abroad will come to Wrocław as well. The company now equipping its rooms on the 12th floor of the Grunwaldzki Centre.
