The centre consists of two glazed halls for about 1000 people each, 4 smaller conference rooms for 180 people each, VIP room and 4 meeting rooms and a restaurant and a bistro. The building was rebuilt according to the plans from 1920.

The completion of reconstruction is at the same time the end of the second stage of revitalization of the whole Centennial Hall. The grounds around the Centennial Hall were rebuilt at first. The reconstruction included ‘pergola’, pond basin and fountain installation. A skating rink was made and the plants that were grown on the ‘pergola’ were secured.
