The ambition of the Festival ‘Musica Electronica Nova’ is to stress the meaning of interpretation in electronic music, to provoke  the integration of sound and view and also electronics with a real instrument. The ‘Musica Electronica Nova’ not only uses the 60 year experience and knowledge of electronic music but also uses nowadays different music trends such as: sound recorded on carrier, alternative music or multimedia art. Sound, light, view, move, time and space – combined by the computer’s electronics – cooperate together through the rules created by artists.

In this year edition France will be widely represented giving the colours to the festival. Pierre Jodlowski, the French composer of young generation, will be a guest of the festival ‘Musica Electronica Nova’. Also the concert of INA/GRM will be interesting.
