Bobby McFerrin, called one of the miracles of world music, will have a concert on 17th June in Hala Orbita in Wrocław. Bobby McFerrin, who has got 10 Grammy Awards, is considered the most famous vocal innovator and improvisator in the world and also a talented conductor. He’s the author of a very popular song of the end of XX century (Don’t Worry, Be Happy) and also  the advocate of music education. His albums were sold in 20 million copies  and he cooperated with such artists as Yo-Yo Ma, Chick Corea and Herbie Hancock which made him a real ambassador of classical and jazz music.

McFerrin has four-octave diapason and very wide range of vocal techniques.  He is the last and real renaissance man in the music world, a vocal researcher who linked his own ideas with jazz, folk and world music – choral, a’cappella and classical. As a conductor he can hear the orchestra so his invention has no borders.
